How to start Maxus e-Deliver 3:
To start the Maxus e-Deliver 3, locate the key in the center console of the van. Shift the gear into “D” for “Drive” and you’re ready to go. When parking, simply leave the gear in “D” and turn off the vehicle. Always remember to engage the handbrake when parking. Place the key’s chip back in its holder in the center console, and once you’ve exited the vehicle, end your trip in the app
How to charge Maxus e-Deliver 3:
- Press the charging cover located on the front left to open it.
- Use the E.ON or Spirii charging card from the glove compartment and hold it over the charging station to activate charging.
- Plug the charging cable into the vehicle’s charging port and the station. The cable can be found in the cargo area.
- Return the charging card to its holder in the glove compartment, close the doors, and end your trip.
Opel Vivaro: for your big move

When you want to start the van, step on the brake and press the start-stop button, which you will find to the right of the steering wheel
How to charge the Opel Vivaro Electric:
- Press the charging cover located on the front left to open the cover.
- Hold the E.ON or Spirii charging card from the glove compartment over the charging station to activate charging.
- Insert the charging cable into the car’s charging port and the station. You’ll find the charging cable in the cargo area.
- Return the charging card to the holder in the glove compartment to complete the process.

The eVito comes with a physical key, which can be found in the glove compartment. When you’re ready to park, press and hold the button at the end of the gear stick for a few seconds, then turn off the vehicle. Place the key chip back in the holder in the glove compartment, and after exiting the vehicle, end your trip in the app.

Get a van delivered
Do you need a van next week or month? You can prebook a van with GreenMobility and have it delivered to you at a chosen time and location within our zones in Copenhagen or Aarhus. Please note that not all vans are available for prebooking. Read more and see delivery prices via the link.
Good to know when renting a van
Do I need a special driver’s license (C or C1) to rent a van?
No, our vans only require a standard driver’s license (Category B).
Is parking and charging included in the price?
Yes, parking within GreenMobility’s zones and charging across Denmark are always included in the price.
Where can I charge the van during the rental period?
If you rent a van in Copenhagen, you can charge it at E.ON and Spirii charging stations nationwide. For vans rented in Aarhus, you can also charge at Norlys and Clever stations, in addition to E.ON and Spirii. Learn more about charging here.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can easily extend your rental if you need the van for more than a week. Simply purchase a new package in the app, such as a 3-, 5-, or 10-hour package, or one of our day packages for longer periods. Remember to activate the package under “My Packages” in the app before your current rental expires.
Who is allowed to drive the van?
Only the registered user who rented the van is permitted to drive it.
How to disconnect an electric van from charging
Sometimes you may come across a van that is charging. Follow these steps to disconnect the van:
- Unlock the van and find the key in the holder (in the glove compartment for the Renault Kangoo and in the center panel for the Maxus e-Deliver 3).
- Press the button on the key to release the charging cable.
- Remove the charging cable from the van and the charging station.
- Remember to place the charging cable back in the van’s cargo area.
